Third Encore's Annex Studios offers 122 premium 24-hour lockouts in six Valley locations (NoHo, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys), and 28 premium 24-hour lockouts in Orange County (Anaheim).

Our premium lockouts are designed specifically for music rehearsal, with triple drywall and sound board wall construction, have air conditioning (with controls in each studio) and are cleaned daily.
