24-Hour Lock-outs These special facilities fill a very particular niche; the 24-hour, month-to-month lock-out. This means that you keep the key to your own private studio and can access it 24/7. And our various-sized rooms are designed to accommodate a variety of situations; full bands, drummers and even production room/Pro Tools set-ups. Sizes: Third Encore's Annex Studios range in size from 8' X 8' to 17' X 21'. There are no standard sizes since each studio building has its own character and configuration. However, studio sizes typically fall into 4 different categories: Individual: 8' X 8' or slightly larger - good for drum room, pro tools, singer/songwriter, etc. Small: 10' X 14' - can accommodate a 3-piece band. Medium: 13' X 18' - very comfortable for a 4-piece band. Large: 15' X 20' - spacious; two bands can easily share. Construction: Third Encore's Annex Studios proprietary wall construction techniques minimize sound bleed and vibration from each studio. Each studio is designed to create a great sounding rehearsal environment. We pay attention to all the details and it makes a big difference in the quality of your rehearsal experience. Studio Features: Carpeting: Each studio is fully carpeted Air Conditioning: Each studio is fully air conditioned and you can control the A/C since each room has its own separate thermostat. Sound Control: Each studio wall is a mix of reflective and absorbent materials to create a great sounding studio. On-Site Parking Most of our locations feature convenient, on-site parking, just outside of your rehearsal room. Security Each facility has a separate number-coded entry door and each studio has an entry door lock and deadbolt. Cleaning Our rehearsal facilities are well maintained and cleaned 7 days a week.
